It was hard to locate the Yesaway office in Dunedin, it would be good to have a sign on the door of the actual address, which alerts customers to walk around the corner to locate the Yesaway office. This is best advertised on the website also.

Make it clearer if fuel is paid for or not, I see it's somewhere in the detail, but being a first time user of transfercar it was something that was not clear at the time

Way to much communications and documentation required from the rental company. Not an issue with Transfercar this was all good, but the rental company was not easy to deal with prior to picking the vehicle up
