Unavoidable I guess, but dealing with a company based in Australia was a little challenging at times. Otherwise we were very happy with our experience.

Thanks for asking. Actually I think you guys have created a great platform. Maybe there should be more options of rentals that include a tank of petrol since the driver is in a way helping the rental company and paying also for insurance etc.
