I'd like to see a visual map of routes available for transfers with an icon for car types. For my booking I wanted a hiace van so I could transfer some belongings. When linked to Lucky rentals it showed as camper van vs a van (I guess they don't have a category for vans). I wasn't sure until I got there whether I was getting a camper van (per Lucky confirmation) or a van (per transfercar).I was also ideally looking for a truck - great to add this category if possible otherwise all was good and went smoothly

The rental companies need to be more clear on what you actually pay for example Total insurance, what's needed upfront and also any road user charges ect..... was a little bit let down when I picked up my van to be told I needed $600 deposit upfront via my visa debit and then as I'm getting into the van I am been told I will also need to pay 10cents per km for road user charges.

Make the return date flexible so if you return the vehicle you can book another instead of waiting until the full term is finished
