My main complaint is the limited time available. Your office hours are very restrictive, especially when travelling between Picton and Wellington - it is not possible to do this part of the trip in one day. It was made worse because my ferry sailing was rescheduled.

If anything, the lead times for motor homes etc, as by the time you see availability. Flights etc have gone up May a possibility search based off rental history
