The car rental company could send the customer the reason why the request was denied, so we would better understand the reason.

Most cars only support credit cards. I live in Queensland and few of my friends have credit cards. I think you should support debit cards more

Transfercar is fine it's the direction and support at the drop off point - Enterprise had no one at Rockhampton Airport - signage at Rockhampton Airport was terrible and very difficult to follow. Enterprise staff at BNE were very helpful as was the online customer service officer when I called twice to try to find out where to drop the car off at ROK. I'd certailnly recommend the service to my friends - I already have with the Bonza fiasco.
