I believe it would be beneficial for the car rental service to provide a concise booklet or pamphlet containing essential tips and recommendations for drivers embarking on long trips. These guidelines could cover general advice and suggestions to enhance the overall experience.

For me everything works great I'm absolutely happy with everything. If there would be an extra mobile app where to request transfers on top of your website it would be amazing but if not it's completely okay too.
