Add a feature to ask the rental company a question, such as I would like the vehicle if I can drop it off at 7am Also make it possible to request 2 vehicles at once to increase chances of getting one, without being penalised if one of the requests is cancelled due to the other being accepted. There is no flexibility for last minute hirers with the penalties imposed in TC terms.

I was overcharged a day of insurance due to the company recording my drop off late. This has put a dampener on the experience. Otherwise great.

Give the vehicle fully equipped with amenities for 6 people please, even though it is a transfer vehicle. Please upgrade your GPS devices, had a hard time using, eventually had to resort to my fone and cigaretter charger combo. Otherwise check in and check out staff were friendly, as a former hospitality professional, this is very nice to experience! Thank you.

Ask rental all rental provider's to specify vehicle in description. Otherwise everything looks all right

The only thing I could suggest in addition is providing some indication of likely vehicle size prior to hire. We had a fair amount of luggage (for 3 people) and it was a squeeze to get it all into a Suzuki Swift for the long haul to Auckland. 5 star otherwise!
