The only thing I could suggest in addition is providing some indication of likely vehicle size prior to hire. We had a fair amount of luggage (for 3 people) and it was a squeeze to get it all into a Suzuki Swift for the long haul to Auckland. 5 star otherwise!

I did a relocation and paid for premium insurance on top of my $200 bond at time of pickup. The agreement stipulated a free tank of gas. I am now getting invoiced for a refuelling charge and getting charged again for insurance… while still not receiving my bond back
