I tried to call your contact number several.times as I needed to talk to you about an unsafe vehicle and cancelling a booking but the phone number listed on transfer car kept disconnecting...it looks like the contact number for transfer car is faulty.

I wonder what the connection between transfer car and Imoova are ? I'd prefer to book directly with you and not have to pay $150 for that company. It was easy to deal with your people 🙏

Just the to and from searching function often seems to remove one of the options to show more results or something. Also, email alerts for specific dates/pickup dropoff wasn't easy to set up. But the process once a vehicle was found was very straightforward. It's a good service.
