Your partner Jucy just does not reply to messages and does not disclose phone numbers of depots, which is all very unhelpful. Even when collecting, they were disorganised and couldn't answer simple questions like: please can we extend by 1 or 2 days? Even ask the computer results in we will get back to you - Never did, making it impossible to extend the booking, even though we were prepared to pay £££. It makes me wary in the future .... It would.be nice to know who I'd be booking to in the future. I wouldn't want Jucy again as first choice. A case of choosing your friends more carefully. No objection to transfer car directly .... but

The actual location of pickup and drop-off would be useful right at the start in the vehicle details. An actual address. I have found that vague description can vary quite a bit for some operators but you only get this information after applying with the acceptance.

EXU Rentals tried to take $300 from my account after we had delivered the car and recieved the security deposit back. I then recieved an email saying we hadn't returned the car and that we would be fined for every day that we did not return the car. This is a scam!
