Nope. Was a good ride. Only thing I would like is the company to ensure the vehicle has a full tank. I had to top it up with with another 15 litres of fuel.

I experienced some confusion around making a booking. To make it clearer for customers you could add in an extra step after a vehicle request has been accepted by the company. Instead of the booking being made automatically at that point is there a way the customer could confirm the hire offer first?

Yes. Give some more time at nominal charges. Otherwise charge just a minimal during all the trips with additional days like $10 / day.

For me everything works great I'm absolutely happy with everything. If there would be an extra mobile app where to request transfers on top of your website it would be amazing but if not it's completely okay too.
