free fuel is very confusing, it stated with fuel icon showing 1 tank of free fuel but once the booking confirmed i was told no free tank of fuel.

Fuel subsidy would be good. Also making sure that they put all the details in the transfer car advert. I found out about extra charges after I had been approved and committed to the vehicle. I might not have chosen that one if I had those details

No, I was happy with the vehicle althogh it had been treated fairly badly and had been in a hail storm at some time. Otherwise, ran great.

Reduction of extra charges for redirection of other transport charges. One charge for multiple occurrences of the same issue, instead of the charge being applied for each issue of other transport fees.
