Good morning to whom it may concern, Replying to my email question for a start would have been nice and speaking to a customer service person over the phone would have been much appreciated as well. Even Hana from Hertz rental cars Christchurch airport tried calling you and got cut off last weekday? Wasn't very good customer service in my opinion. Kind regards, Robert
