I use TransferCar a lot always find it great. Some rental providers are not great to deal with, but thats not Transfercars issues. One thing that would be good to improve is the cancellation process. I think the $25 should be waivered if you canel before 4 - 5 working days before the trip.

Fuel prices v airfares especially on bigger vehicles and longer trips makes it a 50/50 proposition.

It would have been helpful to know that mobile phones were only able to be connected via USB C/Apple Lightning cable - fortunately I had a USB A to C adapter as phone would have died in 6 hour trip
