Slightly more responsive when there’s an issue. Also advise your agencies that 1 day from Qt - chch is tight. I’ve even seen 1 day from Qt to Auckland. As if.

The one thing that was not made clear to us was the fuel policy - maybe we just missed it, or were not concentrating when the agent gave us the key to the car, but we found ourselves approaching the drop off and not being sure weather we should refuel or if a tank of gas was included.
