I never received a confirmation email from the rental company regarding my booking, so had to ring them and confirm everything. But otherwise a smooth service and have already recommended to a few people.

It was in the beginning not clear that the car is not fully insuranced and if you don't want to be charged up to $5000 in case of an accident you actually have to my more then $1 a day. But that is still less than for a normal car rental, especially if it's one-way. Because everything else was as I expected it to be, my score is still 7.
