Transfercar was great. I think full clarification on what has been booked on email would be great. I selected a few cars with fuel included and found it difficult to prove to the provider. Also the max insurance waiver fee was not upheld by the rental car provider (Sixt) they charged more than specified on the Transfercar website which was disappointing. The car fuel was not full when I received it so I ended up paying more for fuel. I am still discussing this with Sixt to have this rectified!
