The only thing that takes a lot of time is waiting for extra slow people in queue at pick up time. Not a lot you can do...that's life.

I had a couple of questions about my booking prior to picking up the car and the emails from Transfercar don’t include any phone numbers which is annoying. Otherwise everything was easy.

The type of vehicle was changed on the day I picked up the key (SUV to Corolla hatchback). This wasn't a problem for us, but could have been if we had planned bigger luggage or more passengers.
