My experience with my first vehicle request was great! But I had requested a second vehicle from my next destination and I was the only one who had requested it, so I figured I would get it. But then the following day it was given to a second person who had requested it last minute, which was a little disappointing. I also requested another car a few days later but that request ended up expiring and I hadn't heard from you guys so I had to find other means to travel. Overall I did have a reasonably good experience though, and I would use this service again.

Maybe better communication with the provider or company of the transfer car eg Jucy as when I arrived at their branch, the lady working there didn't really understand and says that they do not understand how all this works as I had to correct her invoice that I had to pay re how many days free and the cost if I wanted to extend those days before returning the relocation vehicle.

Ensure everything works before handing over the vehicle. We had no hot water, weren’t able to use the shower at all.

The car has some problems. 1) the side door didn’t open from inside. 2) the outside propane tank pipe was leaking and we are not able to use the stove.
