It would help to know which Rental Company we are dealing with before we apply. I have had difficulties when Airport Pickup and drop offs are offsite and I am flying in or out before they open.

Few quirks in the process. Would have paid by debit card at drop off but counter person used my CC and then promptly charged me for doing so. Hidden costs are annoying. Vehicle collected with more 170 k's than agreement and I would have been charged if I hadn't noticed.
