It was an amazing experience. We had to provide our credit card details a second time with the Rental company. Maybe, that would have been unnecessary. Thank you.

Possibly allow a place for questions/conditions to be put to rental operator when requesting a given vehicle. eg Provided I can still get flight xyz for $123 but I realise that might open up a can of worms...

When i booked a car it was meamt to be a hatchback but it turned out to be a sedan. This would have made my whole trip a waste of time as i needed the hatch to transport a large item. Luckily after some discussion Apex rentals gave me a hatch instead.
