Please insure that the car is 100% roadworthy mine need a new wiper blades and the rear brakes/handbrake needed to be adjusted

All went fairly smoothly overall but it was a bit more complicated due to the tank not being full on leaving and trying to get needle to return to the same level (as suggested) was quite tricky at the pump. Also there was some confusion when it came to claim the $50 fuel reimbursement. This was sorted out within about 10mins though but it wasn't immediately clear to the staff at the receiving end that a $50 reimbmt of fuel (upon showing receipt) was included in the transfer.

The only ONE thing that wasn't pleasant was the attitude and behaviour of the HERTZ Agent who attended to us. She wants friendly. helpful and made us feel like we were second class citizens as she announce pleas move aside a is have Gold Class people to attend to.
