Having a more accurate description of the vehicle be very helpful, also providing the contact details of the retail agency so that you can contact them prior to get clarification of what you’re being given in case you have a particular need and the description is vague.

I had to take the car from AKL to P. North. The Dessert Road had been closed only days prior to my journey. I asked the staff at Hertz what happens if the road is closed as the other main option often has slips. Easy to find info on this scenario would be helpful - of course I could have missed this info which may have been in plain sight. It’s a minor thing. Transfer car was brilliant and I loved the car!

I have used Transfercar over 50 times and 8 years.... Its not you.. it is one of your current representative car rental companies called YES RENTALS. Nothing I say will change anything but they are fraudulent, rude, unorganized and quite frankly a disgrace to the industry....... And I never complain.....
