I was given a 'ghost booking' - the rental car company I was directed to had no cars and said they had no relationship with your company. I conclude from this and the failure to answer my email that your organisation is a scam. The only recommendation I am likely to make is to the Commerce Commission to investigate your operation.

Your website need far better detail regarding the real financial requirements of the user. Your site informs a deposit of R2000 that can be reduced to R500 by payment of R100 per day. At Pace this was not offered and a deposit in excess of R11000 was required. The tank was not full and required around 19lit to fill. The vehicle needs to be returned full so why was I disadvantaged. On arrival at Pace in Jo'burg the handover took around an hour. I raised the fuel story but have not had any response from Pace. I took pictures of the vehicle damage on collection as the image printed on the form indicated no damage. I used your business model as I did not want to fly but should I use the service again I would place a higher value on the customer interface.
