Website has a number of bugs that makes it frustrating to use

Please include the fact that you do not provide over the phone support to drivers in your automatic message when someone calls outside of your hours

It wasn’t advertised exactly as it ended up. On the as it said free if the car was picked up and dropped off within an 8 day period. I only needed the car for 2 days and was charged $40 for the second day. Other than that is was good

Yes 1] The possibility of RUC doesn't apply or exist for petrol vehicles,so RUC should not appear as a possibility for any petrol vehicles. 2] The insurance cost of relocs is sometimes not clear. If say $40 a day it's relevent to costing out a trip. Some companies list insurance options like Jucy. Others don't, so what's the cost risk involved? Cheers, Warwick Graham
