It took 40 mins after the scheduled hire time for me to receive the vehicle from the rental agency. Transfercar's service to me was fine.

Hello. Although several transfers were showing from Auckland to Picton on 5th and 6th, the operator was not responding to bookings...neither accepting nor declining them. This resulted in some of the bookings leaving only 1 day until expiry therefore it was impossible to enjoy the benefit of 2-3 free days. Having these sort of listings gives a false impression of availability of deals...

The camper I received did not really have a bed, unless you’re a midget. I am 186 cm and there was no way I could sleep in this fiat ducati camper. I also found it quite dodgy I really had to pay in cash instead of bank transfer.
