Website very clunky: very difficult to specify date then both pick up and drop off locations. Not possible to make a reasonable counter offer to supplier, say: 1. pick up the evening before, or drop off 2 days later ( incl suitable payment) 2. Better deal on fuel / ferry crossing. A Supplier (Divine Rentals Queenstown / Auckland) messed up on an agreement for me to collect car (BMW M3) on Monday 2 March to Auckland: They failed to phone/inform in any way, that NO VEHICLE available that day. I had hitch hiked at 6am from Dunedin to collect by 4pm in Queenstown. I had to make $300 alternative arrangements. Sh1t happens. Nice to be informed (and suitably / reasonably compensated) though!! This Messed up my next transfer car booking and inevitably my personal credibility rating on transfer car!! Transfer car is not for everyone. But it generally works well for me.

knowing that the car coming back was being collected from a Hertz counter which is something I might have missed in the email. Over all great experience in both directions.
