Just the type of car I was getting wasn't the same as the one advertised. It was the rental agency's fault, but they should have communicated that with you. I didn't actually mind because they gave me a tank of petrol for the down-grade.

just a communication via phone, when i call and try to talk with TransferCar customer care center no one pick my call. Also please give one option about whether car is Manual OR Automatic Transmission,because everyone is not aware about both the transmission drive type.
