Some negative changes to the system. 24 hour dropping off bookings, requests not being responded to over multiple days, no ability to do a same day pick up and drop off and another pickup. So had to go with another option as the person was not able to override the system, even though we would be able to successfully achieve both.

The most frustrating thing is there is no way to learn what the insurance options are until after the rental agency has accepted your request. Obviously most of the time people will want to organise $0 or similar excess however we have no knowledge what this will be before submitting a request. The other day i paid $48 insurance for a 1 day transfer. Quite a surprise.
