Too strict about the car damage. A tiny scratch not even obvious charge the access fee. That is totally unacceptable. Also, we arrived 10 mins late and speak to the staff if it’s ok to get the fuel done and come back. He said ok. But when we are back, the other staff want to charge us late fee. I don’t think it’s fair cause 30mins late are acceptable according to your handbook. The two reasons make us feel it’s not worthy to rent $1 car.
