Not transfercar per se, but there were inconsistancies with Jucy. When picking up the vehicle in Christchurch, I asked if I was required to pay RUC's, and I was told I didn't. Yet at drop off in Auckland I was charged RUC's. The listing on transfercar also stated that for $20 a day the insurance would provide stress fee (no excess etc.). However, I was charged $40 a day in Christchurch for this insurance. I contested it at drop off, along with the RUC'

Greater clarity around 'free tank of fuel' - t cs from operator initially seemed to suggest that if not returned full I would be charged.

It was just fabulous. One comment be quite a good idea to tell your drivers what fuel is required in the paperwork. We asked by text and Georgia replied straight away.
