No issues with the transfer car process and would use again

Please ask your operators to clean the windscreens of their cars. Because I am not paying for the car hire I do not mind driving a car that has not been serviced but driving at night a smudged windscreen is dangerous. I will carry my own cleaner in the future. The rising cost of insurance will eventually mean I will stop using Transfer Car as on some occasions with enough notice of required travel flying between Nelson and Chch is cheaper. Still very much appreciate your service which allows me to visit my wife more frequently Sue is now working in Chch and living / caring for her elderly mother.

I was told the pickup at Ace would start at 8 am, but nobody showed up to the kiosk until around 9 am so I had to wait a while. But everything else was great!

not enough information about rental conditions. I was refused to get the car on the pick up day by the fact that my car doesn't have my name on it on last year. and I was nearly refused to get the car this time by the fact that I use debit card. the system had recognized it as debit one 'cause my application to get the other car was declined by this reason. and the same system approved me to get the car. I had to buy full insurance when I picked up the car if I wanted to get it. so, could you provide all information about rental conditions please
