I don't like that i cant ask someone for help if I need it. I also use Imoova and occasionally they call the rental company and can make changes if I can't quite meet a hire period.

I found finding a car hard on my phone. Put inthat I wanted to go from Dunedin Airport, but listings from everywhere popped up. Also thought I was signing up for a free petrol delivery, then had to put in $67 to fill it up. Would have reuested a smaller more economical car, but because of the time frame, and me travelling in an area of limited receptin, I just went ahead with the car that was suggested as being available - although there were apparantly 9 potential others that could have been taken
