All was great. The car received from Jucy to transfer wasn't in great shape. Was a 2013 reg and many of the electric door locks and radio didn't work. Wasn't ideal for a long trip up north but otherwise flawless operation.

You need to be able to amend pick up / drop off times without it being a major pain. I accidentally got my drop off time wrong and it was really difficult to find someone to talk to you. Why don't you have a call centre!
