The transfercar site said I had the option to purchase more days but it did not make it clear how I did that. When I asked about it at pick-up rental agency they said they couldn't see that availability and I'd have to call the receiving rental agency. They said since my reservation was made through transfercar, they couldn't see all the details in their system.

I booked 8 seater relocation car from Sydney. I get there, paperwork done then told there is no car for me. After an hour finally get a small car. It is not clean, horn does not work. Depot at Melbourne Airport where I dropped off had a rude young lady who couldn't care that I was wanting to drop car off. Generally completely unprofessional
