When we dropped the car at the office in Auckland international airport office was closed. There was a note that is opening at 10am so we left the car at the car park locked and went for checked in. When we came there the guy in the office and he was really rude to us because we left the car there. We were not aware about the office inside the airport as well. His attitude was quite disappointing and we said sorry to him. Wellington office and staff was really helpful and excellent service as well
