Sending the customer a quick list of things to remember/important conditions (or getting the rental car company to do it) such as whether refilling the car was necessary, numbers to call if anything happens, etc - just an idea otherwise it was an enjoyable experience

The vehicle we thought we were getting was not the one we actually got. Instead of getting an SUV type vehicle we got a 12 seater van which turned out to be ok to drive but wasn’t ideal for just 2 of us.

I was meant to pick up the car at 5 pm from chch airport, I called at 12 to see if I could pick up at 1 as I was having to drop a friend off to airport at 1, they said the car is at site but not ready. I went to pick up at 5, they said it’s a transfer car so doesn’t have to be ready. I was quite puzzled. I couldn’t understand why they wouldn’t let me have at 1 pm, would have saved me a trip.

Hold on credit card was meant to be held to return of car. I have then called then and they said 2 to 3 days but yet no refund!!!
