Make sure to treat transfercar drivers like other regular customers as we had to wait for more than 4 hours to get the campervan while you guys are sorting out other customers, so we had to reschedule the whole trip, anyway the family enjoyed the road trip a lot, thank you again.

Allow people to book an extra day for a reduced price is the only improvement I can think of. Car was great, acquiring and returning it was simple
