If you would update the contact information of the rental company. Both the email and the phone number you provided were incorrect. I was about to give up on my confirmed rental but I eventually did find a way to contact them.

No not really. Maybe the website which can be a bit glitchy when selecting start and origin. Otherwise it is a great system that I have used several times

reply to emails, have a phone number. i ordered a car and wasn’t aware that it can take up to 24 hours for someone to get back to me. ineeded a car urgently i was forced to make other arrangements. even knowing the car i needed was sitting right ar the car rental place they couldn’t give it to me.

Best to know before hand who the rental company is and why they rejected request. I applied few times and got rejected. Companies should give us reason for rejection. Also some listings don't mention clearly if road user charger or tolls will apply. They say MAY apply. They need to clear yes or no

Fantastic and so easy! Instructions to drop the key in the Christchurch keybox and an assurance that one would not be penalised if the attendant picks up the key past the 48 hour mark would be a good addition.
