The app seems light on info for trips than the website on laptop/PC. Did not apply for a vehicle because it did not specify that the cost of Ferry crossing was or was not included so did not apply when saw on the app. Later I saw on the website that the Ferry costing was included for the vehicle but 6 other people had already applied.

Despite having vehicles available on the days I nominated I never received any emails notifying me of this. I had to keep checking every few hours. So you can improve the notifications if we put in our details.

Better safety checks on vehicles due to incident involving the underneath of the chassis. Better explanation of terms and conditions prior to taking vehicle.

The map on the website did not match the pick up address. That confused us and we had to call calypso to confirm the location.
