All roads between my pickup and drop off locations were closed due to flooding (Christchurch to Queenstown) and it was very difficult re-arranging my plans with the rental company as they seemed to think Transfercar had the system to rebook etc.

More accurate car listings. I requested medium to large vehicles and on arrival was allocated a suzuki swift which would not have even had enough space for my baby’s buggy in the boot let alone luggage on top. Having said that, the staff at Eurocar were very helpful and swapped the vehicle as luckily they had something larger available. So it all worked out perfectly in the end.
