Be flexible on pickup and return time. Let us know the camper size ahead of time. Ask monte RV to pretend to care about people transferring for them

The system takes a bit of working out,in that your relationship is with the rental company not transfer car. If things go well its great if things go to custard its a lot of hassle. Rental operators vary widely, some we would not want to work with again, others like Europcar who we have just worked with are brilliant. So its all a bit of a raffle. Transfer car customer support is no help when things go wrong. Very quick to sidestep trouble. Knowing who the provider is before you request would be very helpful and would eliminating $100 cancellation fee. Gold class deals for your better regular drivers would help you move more vehicles. The fact that the rental operator can and do cancel on you anytime that suits them without penalty or expenses refund is unfair.I know some operators post vehicles that have practicly no chance of being available.

More transparency with the car rental company. It will say $0 a day then the car rental company will charge you for the day and for gas. And for a 6-8 hour drive I think you should allow for 48 hours. Mathieu.

1. Reduce the fee for the third day more in line with your competition. 2. Show flexibility re returning car to Auckland CBD or Auckland Airport. Flexibility is there but you have to know to ask.
