The website desperately needs improvement for using from a device. Inputting the dates often doesn't work and you have to scroll through manually which is incredibly frustrating.

The Europcar staff at both Dunedin and Christchurch airports seemed to have some trouble seeing that a full tank of petrol was included in my booking. This is a key detail, and one the operator really should have easy access to ... I would've thought! Other than this, it was a seamless and very positive experience. Tell Hertz to stop sending false damage claim invoices to their customers. I only had the car for 48 hours . Have been sent 6 emails ,including 2 invoices for damage i did not do. $960.. was put on my credit card . All sorted now , but stress i did not need.

It was a great experience, however more info could be given by the lister for 1st time users (such as a link to the car and its features om their website, one that regular customers of theirs would see). Other than that, it was awesome.
