The radio in the car is a Japanese model, not fm, not Bluetooth, would be better to place a new one. Apart from there all good, thank you

Perhaps feedback to the rental companies that the van should be ready for pick up at the time advised and not 1.5 hours later. Why? Because I almost missed the ferry to Wellington and wouldve did I not go to the counter and made a fuss. Other than that, it was brilliant. Great concept and will do it again, loved it!

Yes, when I booked it - it said free tank of fuel, but on the same page it still said that if it was not returned full then the deposit would not be refunded. Very confusing.

The web site can easily lead you to book the wrong destination if you're not careful. I searched for Dunedin to Christchurch, 31 results came up. The second one looked perfect, so I booked it. It wasn't until it was confirmed that I discovered the destination was Queenstown, not Christchurch. It was totally my fault. I wasn't paying enough attention. Bu it was very easy to do. I design and develop web sites for a living, and there is no way that I'd put items into the results of a search, which differed from what I was expecting, without making it very obvious. I have no issue at all with the way you do this, I just think you could make it way clearer. Maybe even have a message when you book the car which mentions that the destination differs from what you searched for. It was quite a waste of time for me and the rental car company to sort it out. Aside from all that, it's a great service and I'm sure I'll be using it again. I'll just be paying more attention next time. ;-) Thanks.

There are some transfercar offers that do not give specifics on the location for the pick up and drop offs which make it a little more challenging when having to get an uber which can sometimes be scarce in the early mornings.

I found the smell in the car awful Somebody had obviously been sick in it. It had been clean up but the smell was definitely still lingering and was there all the way to Christchurch

A better description of what is included in the vehicle so that if any extras are required (eg sheets and towels) they can be taken from home and therefore already present when picking up the vehicle
