Ttrain the Queenstown staff to have more time with customers. I would’ve Liked to be shown the accessories in the car such as wipers petrolcap book lights, rather than having to ask. The young Latino man that picked me up from airport did not offer to carry my bag nor load it into the van. I am a mature woman and noticed that he did not offer to unload my bag as well. He drove off before I had my seatbelt on which was difficult to find as it was tucked under the seat. Suggest that a seatbelt check be done before driveing. Otherwise I enjoyed the car even though it was not clean when I got it, perhaps because it was a return rental or because Queenstown staff would rather sit inside on their phones.

we were a little disappointed with the so called motor home. It was a camper van. Too small for a couple of retirees. and Tui insisted we pay the cost of the Ferry,... thought that was paid for????

The service in Brisbane didn’t do you justice. We arrived at 9.30 to pick up a van for 10am. We left at 1.30 having been given a van with a faulty speedometer, and finally a van with half a tank of petrol. No apology. Perth was very different could not fault the service when returning the vehicle.

The only improvement would be the accuracy of information provided about the vehicle. I called to ask whether or not the vehicle had a CD player so I could listen to CD’s during the long 5,000 km relocation drive and was told no by your representative. Upon pickup, the vehicle in fact did have a CD player. Small details like this really matter.
