I organised two transfer cars and had to cancel one. When I was booking them I didn’t see anything regarding a cancellation fee. I realise it’s inconvenient for you guys but I find it ridiculous that I ad to pay for something that was meant to be free.

Nothing really except that car aerial had broken off...would have been nice it got worked...we prefer the radio... but great deal, and very easy pick up and drop off...great thanks

The pick up time kept changing. It made it hard to make plans. I thought once the company confirmed it that was the time. It kept changing up to the minute I picked up the vehicle. Otherwise still ok

The cash bond is a bit steep for some. Maybe alternatives such as domestic travel insurance which would cover the bond
