there wasn’t anyway for charging devices for maps. So that would’ve been cool. Otherwise was great. Have recommended 3 lots since returning

The first time I went to book it said the car was unavailable despite being so. The second time I was declined by the operator. The third was finally accepted. All on the exact same reservation dates.

The rental company hired the car to me with a slow leak in a tyre and then charged me for the puncture. I am very unhappy they did that.

I would suggest re - structuring the penalty fees. I myself are very careful when booking because I dont want to receive a penalty fee for not showing up due to unforeseen reasons. I have completed every transfer and declined one offer simply due to the campervan company not disclosing all the relevant information they should have. I believe it would be wise to identify your regular customers and take some empathy into account. No one knows when a cold or flu or worse can happen? It all comes down to circumstances. Thanks
