My transfer car booking confirmation email said $2500 excess but was informed it was actually $3,500 when signing paperwork because it was an admin error. I was then told the excess was payable no matter who was at fault in an accident which sounds borderline unlawful. The previous car damage was explained to me well while signing paperwork. After dropping keys to the airport I was called 30 minutes later to explain the damage to the vehicle.

No not really- maybe just have the phone number of the drop off office on your paperwork correct as I got through thrifty but it had dollar contacts so a bit of time chasing up correct number when I needed to get in contact with them Thank you

When I dropped the car, there is no one at the reception.Then I try to rang in the mobile number on the door but on one answered. Then I dropped the key on the hole. If anyone available on the reception, then it will be awesome.
