Yes, my ultimate booking was with Bargain Car Rentals who would have sent the booking documents to TransferCar. I never received them and had to chase BCR for information.

Being told or more info there is a shuttle from the airport to the car rentals I walked and it was raining...other than that I had a smooth mostly comfortable ride..thankyou

Not really. You could trust me a little more but unfortunately it the friends and family that I have that effect the reality and cost me. I'm not promoting your company to much as I don't want to let everyone know about it. It will get out of control.

More strongly recommend that drivers have premium insurance for any relocations over a significant distance (e.g. more than 500km).

I had confirmation from transfercar, but was declined by Thrifty. Transfercar website indicated 65 cars needed to be moved from Queenstown to Nelson. Likely to contact rental car companies direct in the future.

Service was great. Drop off instructions in paperwork could be a bit clearer in the booklet for Brisbane Airport we were looking for a letter on the poles instead of company name. Other than that a fantastic deal

The notifications system doesn't seem to be particularly robust... Two of my trips I saw by regularly checking the site rather than notifications.
