Better deals. Free fuel harder to get and insurance options seem to be higher. Some deals not specific to vehicle type so you may end up with gas guzzling 3L petrol SUV with higher insurance, without a choice. Cheers.

Listing with completely inaccurate terms, which Transfercarus proceeded to confirm, and then the Car Rental company ended up not fulfilling. Any attempts to reconcile the discrepancy with Transfercarus, by phone or email, was met with non-response. Allegedly, the rental company also emailed Transfercarus, and was also not responded to.

When I got my email that had accepted the car for hire, it showed that insurance was all covered, but when I went to pick the car up, I actually had to pay for insurance. I tried to find a number to call Transfercar.com.au but no number was available. I tried logging on to the live chat without success. So I wasn’t too impressed by that.
