communication over easter is difficult.....but not unexpected

The guy I spoke to at Auckland city thrifty didn’t tell me the cost of an extra day if I didn’t get to return the car on time. I paid $275 upfront without knowing that it’s the cost of the rent per day! He told me over the phone that it only cost $53 after 12pm and kept insisting that he didn’t say it! I use transfer car often and it a very good way of travelling around New Zealand. The only thing I want you to change is the knowledge and understanding of that employee. He cannot just charge me $275 without my telling me beforehand that that’s how much it is gonna cost! Very disappointing!
