Inside windows badly cleaned made it very difficult to see, took 3 serious go’s at getting smeary product off..Also dashboard in this vehicle makes for distracting glare..I am a Kiwi with over 50years driving experience thinking of our visitors on unfamiliar roads..Otherwise everyone everything brilliant..Thank you

I've utilised it on the past and had no petrol charge. I was surprised to find that I had to fill up when arrived at destination. It should be made very clear that need to pay petrol otherwise I may as well use my own car as would of been easier for me as I was actually driving to wanaka and not q town. So please make very clear what charges are being applied both on website and verbally when pick up cars

From my perspective Transfercar and the Car Rental Companies exceed our expectations on each occasion we transfer a car. Would appreciate the insurance charges being cheaper but I suspect this is controlled by the Insurance Companies..... Appreciate your good work ! Regards Donald Mochan

Your staff are amazing, it is not the car that I gave a 10, that would have been a 3 as it was old and quite grubby. Your staff in both CHCH and Picton were the 10's and for me when you have good staff you have a good name. I hope the management understands this and looks after them accordingly because without them you do not have a business.

Decreasing cost for any extra days hire ($70 per day for most vehicles excluding any insurance seems a bit high). Very happy with the smooth uncomplicated transaction between online booking and transfer car service
