If I hadn't had to wait half an hour for your staff to find the car, and then wander around kerikeri looking for your office which is at a different address from that I was given! 😊 otherwise cool!

We were told to pick up the car at 7am. We got up early and to the airport at 7am to find the office did not open until 8am and had to wait. This is poor coordination.

Very slow service at Christchurch airport. Perhaps just a busy time but I needed to get going. I did arrange a change to the time in advance so shouldn't have been an issue. nelson end seamless. The lovely staff member in Christchurch was great at getting the transaction done in the end.
