Yes, some rental companies need to have road worthy vehicles!! The car I drove broke down twice and rear mirror fell off

Hy, We had a very bad experience with you company. We had to give it back on Monday 18th in Wellington Airport at 9 am. Because of some trafic problems, we don't succeed to bring it back in time. So we finally arrived 2 hours later. Many times we tried to call the company to inform you that we'll be late but nobody answered the phone. To get apologized, we took the time to wash the car and fill up with gaz, even if it's wasn't written in the announce. Because of our lateness, we had to pay $340 instead of $2 !!! By coming here, we try to be very economics, that's why we chose your company and we finally had to pay a lot... It was our first experience with Transfer car and we were very disappointed... Picked up the car Ai Christchurch through enterprise and had to pay insurance even though it specified no insurance, the perso said you made a mistake and it should have been ferry free , and said I would get teem itself the ferry fee but as we arrived at Auckland they refused

I don’t have any suggestions at this stage. Always great customer service, vehicles are always groomed well and never any concern for my safety in regards to the condition of the vehicle.
