I requested to change me return time in Nelson at the rental office and was asked to contact the Christchurch (delivery address) office. I feel that the personnel should have offered to call on my behalf.

the motorhome experience was terrible due to so many issues. second rate vehicle. thl did not fix the issues we just had to deal with them.
